Treasure Coast Builders Association hosts its 31st Annual,
Grand Awards Banquet for the TCBA Parade of Homes
Port St. Lucie, FL (April 10, 2025)—The Treasure Coast Builders Association (TCBA) proudly lit up the region with its 31st Annual Parade of Homes, an inspiring celebration of the very best in home building and design across the Treasure Coast!
This year's event was nothing short of extraordinary—with 30 stunning homes and 13 specialty categories, it was our most impressive showcase yet. The TCBA is excited to announce the winners of this year’s highly anticipated awards, including 3 Diamond Awards, 15 Grande Awards, 8 Platinum Awards, and 5 Gold Awards.
“This year’s Parade was a huge success and a true testament to the quality and creativity our builders bring to the table,” said TCBA Builder Laision, Kathy Macaluso. “From visionary design to masterful craftsmanship, our members continue to raise the bar for innovation and excellence in construction.”
A panel of 15 distinguished building and design professionals from outside the region meticulously evaluated each entry. Homes were judged on a variety of criteria—including exteriors, interiors, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and unique design elements—to determine the winners in each award category.
In addition to model homes, entries in professional and specialty categories were also honored, reflecting the full range of talent the Treasure Coast Builders Association homebuilding community offers.
